As the Chief Technology Officer, Sudarshan is responsible for Technology research & development, Engineering and Product innovation and Technical Sales. He completed his BTech in Mechanical engineering from VSSUT (Formerly UCE Burla), Odisha. He worked with L&T Technology Services for two years as a Systems Engineer on industrial mechatronics projects for global clients. He co-founded the VSLV student rocketry team, and served as the Propulsion lead. He was responsible for complete design, simulation, testing and manufacturing of Solid Propulsion motors and different electro-mechanical subsystems. His research internship at ISRO Ahmedabad was on design and deployment of in-space structures and propulsion module of CY-II. His innovations have earned him laurels from various Govt entities such as DST, ISRO and DRDO. He was the winner of the flagship DST IIGP challenge in 2018 as well as winners of prestigious hackathons by Analog Devices, L&T Techgium & Texas Instruments.

As the Chief Executive, Apurwa is responsible for Overall strategy and Business Development. He completed his MTech in Structural engineering and BTech in Civil engineering from VSSUT (Formerly UCE Burla), Odisha. He worked with TresVista Financial Services as an Operations analyst, responsible for strategic sourcing and managing supply-chain operations. As an Intern he has previously worked with OnePlus, Ernst & Young, ISRO SAC, Reliance Power and Team Indus in an assortment of roles. He also holds a Diploma in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and certified in New Ventures leadership by Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has represented the country at several prestigious national and international forums. He co-founded India’s First student rocketry team (VSLV) that went on to build and successfully launch Seven Sounding rocket missions, a first in the Indian subcontinent. He was instrumental in setting up ISRO’s first Space Incubation & Innovation center (VSSSIC) in Burla.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Rounak is responsible for Procurement, Strategic sourcing, Manufacturing & Supply chain management, along with overseeing secretarial and accounting functions. He completed his BTech in Information technology from VSSUT (Formerly UCE Burla), Odisha. He worked with Accenture for two years as an Associate Software engineer, responsible for UI/UX Testing, API Testing & Quality Assurance. During his research internship at ISRO Ahmedabad, he worked on Satellite Scatterometer data and Image processing using MATLAB & Python programming. He was also an Innovation Fellow at SRISTI UNICEF Summer School of Innovation. In 2017, He co-organized 39th Shodhyatra – a 100km long footwalk with Dr Anil Gupta, National Innovation Foundation for grassroot innovations in Bargarh, Odisha. Team VSLV’s unparalleled work in rocketry earned applause from Hon’ble Prime Minister and Hon’ble President of India.

Dr. Keshab Panda previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of L&T Technology Services. He led LTTS through a successful IPO in September 2016 to a market valuation of over $2 billion with annual revenue of $781 million. Dr. Panda began his career as a Research Scientist at ISRO. For over 8 years, he worked as a scientist/engineer at the Aeronautical Development Agency/DRDO. He earned his bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering from Anna University in Chennai in 1983 and his master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. He also earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1994. He also obtained an advanced management degree ‘Executive Management’ from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania in 2011.

Cdr. Navneet Kaushik is a retired Naval Officer/Veteran and former Group Head (Projects) & Program Director (Start-Ups) Technology Development Board (DST), Government of India. He is the Founder of Jamwant Ventures – India’s first military veteran launched AIF focused on strategic industries. He did his B.Tech. from Naval College of Engineering and B.Sc. from National Defence Academy, and holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He holds about 25+ years of experience in the Indian Navy and the Government of India across project management, Defence Acquisition, Quality Assurance & Technology commercialization, with a proven track record of transforming organizational effectiveness and driving customer-led technology projects from idea to delivery.

Col. Sarjeet Yadav, SM is a retired Army Officer/Veteran and Venture Partner at Mounttech Growth fund (Kavachh). He did his B.Sc. from National Defence Academy, Masters of Military Science from Berhampur University & Command and Staff College, Egypt. He also completed his MBA from Indian School of Business in 2022. He holds about 22+ years of experience in the Indian Army across Defence Equipment Management & Procurement, Embassy of India, Cairo (Egypt), Rashtriya Rifles & Assam Rifles. As Senior Vice President of Aerospace and Defence Investments at Mount Infra Finance he is responsible for deep market analysis and sector-focussed strategic investments in listed and unlisted space.

Guru Biswal is the CEO – Aerospace ( Defence & Civil ) at Bharat Forge Ltd (USD 8bn listed multinational involved in forging, automotives, energy, construction and mining, railways, marine, aerospace and defence industries). He is an experienced aerospace manufacturing strategist, Individual P&L management, Core expertise in setting up of manufacturing projects both Greenfield and Brownfield. Before joining Bharat Forge he served as Chief Manager (manufacturing) at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) for almost 20 years, responsible for end-to-end turbomachinery manufacturing, Castings and Forgings of critical aero engine components, Project Management and quality assurance. He did his BTech from REC (NIT) Rourkela and holds a MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

Raghu Das is the Co-Founder & CEO of Almagest Space and Venture Partner at E2MC Ventures (spacetech focussed VC). He is an established serial entrepreneur in the technology and satellite space industry. He co-founded Bermuda-based Protostar Limited that owned and operated two GEO satellites sold to Intelsat and SES. He established Australian-based Sirion Global and its successor HeliosWire which was acquired by EchoStar. He was the architect behind Ramaspace, a Luxembourg based company engaged in space mining exploration. Raghu previously held several key management positions with Loral Space & Communications. He also runs a boutique satellite consulting practice as the Founder & CEO of Aniara Spacecom LLC. He did his BTech from Madras Institute of Technology and holds a MS from George Washington University.

He is the Managing Director of Zuari Industries Limited (holding company for the Adventz Group of Companies, USD 4bn diversified multi-business conglomerate) and has over 33 years of experience in project finance, investments, strategy, M&A, turnaround and general management. He serves as a board member of several subsidiaries and joint venture companies of the Group. He has held leadership positions at renowned companies such as L&T, Vedanta, IDFC, AES and ICICI. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from VSSUT (Formerly UCE) Burla, and a MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Dr. Pratikash Panda

Dr. Pratikash is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the coveted Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. His research focus includes advanced propulsion systems, fire safety, study of fluid mechanics and complex combustion processes using advanced optical diagnostic techniques at practically relevant thermo-fluidic conditions. He did his B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Rourkela, MS & PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He is also a recipient of the DST-Inspire Faculty Award (2017).
